Senior Concert Recognition / Band Banquet Information

Hey Seniors,

Its time to fill out your information form for the Symphonic Band/Concert Band recognition and Band Banquet. This information is due by Friday, April 26th. You can click here to access the information. I will also need you to send me the following pictures (in a jpeg format) thorugh one of the following methods: email,dropbox, jumpdrive, or google drive. If you file is larger than 2mb, you will not be able to email it to me due to the size restrictions on the district's server.

Picture 1 - Baby picture

Picture 2 - Middle School or early HS

Picture 3 - Senior Picture or something related to that

Picture 4 - Pic of your choice (could be something funny... but school appropriate)
